This diagram shows Minimally Invasive Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (MICAS) using octopus stabilizing device. This allows the surgeon to fix a particular area of heart where movements of heart are not transmitted and surgeon can do bypass operation. Here heart lung machine is not used.
